The Desert Refuge for Peace Officers is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization, governed by a Board of Directors. Donations are always needed and very welcome.
All charitable donations will help the DRPO further develop the land, provide food and counseling to our guests, and build a chapel on the grounds. Please see the Donate page to contribute.

Work parties are gatherings of supporters who voluntarily provide the labor that keeps the dream of the Desert Refuge alive. Since 1994, numerous peace officers and supporters have helped raise fences, plant trees, install irrigation and landscape, paint, and repair the small building that is the foundation of the Refuge. The next work party will be in February or March (details to follow). It's a great opportunity to donate some elbow grease, check out how the Refuge has developed, and take in the beauty of the desert.
Prayer / Good Vibes
As a spiritual yet inter-faith organization, prayers and/or good vibes on behalf of the Refuge, those it serves and those who labor on its behalf, are always welcome.
